Lisa Klemm is the full time Closing Coordinator. Coordinating inspections, ordering surveys and appraisals, acting as a liason between buyers and sellers, title companies and lenders, insurance agents and cooperating brokers is just part of what she does. Staying in constant communication with her clients and ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish is Lisa’s goal.

Paul and Lisa Klemm, reunited high school sweethearts, were married in June of 2004. Paul has been an area resident for 13 years. Lisa moved to South Texas in June of 2004 from Lawrenceburg, Indiana. They recently built a home in Portland. They both enjoy being active in both their church and community. They have 2 children Rachel (14) and Daniel(9) and a 4 footed baby in the form of their Havanese, Lola!
