I located this great article from Kristin Zhivago called “Gone! The Reason Customers Leave” It doesn’t matter what business you are in….real estate, retail, service industry…..it’s a universal issue. I know I have heard it numerous times from clients who had their property previously listed with another Realtor. “They put the sign in the yard and I haven’t heard from them since!” It all comes down to caring and communication I think…..
